PURPOSE: A touch panel and an electronic device including the same are provided to prevent input error by approximate sensing and to supply the sense of clicking such as a mechanical keypad. CONSTITUTION: A decider(102) senses contact or pressure by a user touch surface and decides input type. The decider decides whether to apply different load according to the decided input type. A controller(104) releases driving voltage which is applied to driving electrodes if the decider decides that there is input.
