OPTICAL FILM HAVING ANTI-SCRATCH CHRACTERISTICS FOR ENHANCED BRIGHTNESS AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A scratch resistance improvement brightness optical film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve scratch resistance and a light concentration effect. CONSTITUTION: The upper side of a base layer(110) is composed of a light concentration pattern and a protrusion(130) which is higher than the light concentration pattern. The light concentration pattern is a prism pattern. The height of the protrusion is 170 to 400micrometer. The lower side of the base layer is formed into a lens shape(140). The diameter of the lens shape is 50 to 120micrometer. A portion of the lens shape curved surface is formed into a flat surface and flat surface is parallel to the base layer.
