LED HEADLAMP AND APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENTING DISTANCE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An LED headlamp and an apparatus for measuring a distance using the same are provided to prevent a traffic accident and lead the safe driving of an operator by supplying the distance information of an object in a front of a vehicle as well as being operated as a head lamp of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An LED module(120) includes a plurality of distance measuring LEDs(121), a reflector, and a front lighting LED. The distance measuring LED is accepted in a head lamp housing(111) and emits one or more light among front lighting light and distance measuring light. The reflector is accepted in one side of the head lamp housing and fixes the plurality of the distance measuring LEDs. The front lighting LED is fixed to a central part of the reflector. The distance measuring LEDs and the front lighting LED perform an on/off operation according to an operating control signal which is outputted from the controller.
