PURPOSE: A frying apparatus using oil and water is provided to effectively prevent overheating of a bottom part of an oil layer and water layer by a forced blowing action of a blowing fan and a radiating member. CONSTITUTION: A frying apparatus using oil and water comprises a frying oil container(20), a heater, a plurality of the cooling passages, and a radiant member. The frying oil container contains water and frying oil together. The heater is installed in the upper part of the frying oil container inside. The cooling passages are installed in the lower part of a heater through the frying oil container. The radiant member is installed in the cooling passage inside. |
