PURPOSE: A parts feeder control system is provided to improve working environment by preventing generation of noise even when a remaining amount of parts is small by vibrating a vibrator with a uniform level under the control of a microcomputer and supply parts smoothly without any malfunction, thereby improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a level controller(6), an amplifier(18) serially connected to an outer interface(4) and a microcomputer(12) for generating internal signals and determining the whole maintenance of a controller, a display(20) connected to an output terminal of the microcomputer, a control wave form manipulation part(22), a photo coupler(24) and a triac(26) connected to a vibrator(8) via a power drive(28) in sequence by the other output terminal of the microcomputer, a synchronizing part(32) connected between a power supply(30) and an input terminal of the microcomputer, and a vibration sensor(10) fixed to the vibrator and connected to the other input terminal of the microcomputer via a signal level converter(34).
