<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged and baked food fully satisfying the 5 points of handiness capable of eating simply without soiling hands, easiness of eating as capable of eating with one hand while performing some operation, voluminous feeling capable of making full stomach, low price and delicacy, and having high convenience in the respect of production of the same, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This packaged and baked food in which a food content is wrapped with a skin material food is provided with that the food content contains a precooked buckwheat noodles and prescribed ingredients, the skin material food is a baked material obtained by solidifying fluid dough by heat treatment and processed as a form that the food content is wrapped with the skin material food and made as one unit by the heat treatment. The skin material food may be constituted of a lower part skin material food obtained by heat-solidifying the powdery dough consisting of an aqueous solution mainly containing cereal flour, and an upper part skin material food obtained by heat-solidifying the egg dough consisting of solution mainly containing the eggs. Whole shape is formed by imitating a kitchen knife, its size is made as capable of being held with single hand, and the lower part skin material food and the upper part skin material food may be formed as the shapes of imitating the one side surface of blade of the kitchen knife and handle of the kitchen knife respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
