<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for efficiently dehumidifying a space in a wall and conditioning air in a room, while saving energy. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner 100 simultaneously dehumidifying a space 80 in a wall during cooling a room 4A includes: an indoor unit 3 installed with a suction port 31 and a blowing port 32 facing the room 4A, and a dehumidifier 5 installed with a suction port 56 and a blowing port 55 facing the space 80 in a wall. An indoor heat exchanger 21 of the indoor unit 3 and a dehumidifying heat exchanger 51 of the dehumidifier 5 are connected to the same refrigerant system 10.
