PURPOSE: A dividing folding backward seat for vehicle is provided to steadily fix long load by using fixed member set on the rear face of seat back and a seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A dividing folding backward seat for a vehicle is composed of a seat(10) dividing backward seat installed on the floor of a vehicle; a seat cushion(12) to let the tongue(18) of seat belt(16) released; seat back(14) to fold on seat cushion and to be equipped with fixed members(22) oppositely to each other to fix load by letting the seat belt go through the fixed members on the rear face; fixed band(24) to separate into two divisions(26;28) and to equip with textile fastener to connect each other on each divisions(26;28) on the rear face of the seat cushion(12).
