<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for an interlayer, with which a transparent laminate is produced at room temperature without necessitating a high temperature/high pressure treatment by an autoclave. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet 1 for an interlayer is constituted of an adhesive layer 2 and mold release films 3 stuck on both of the front surface and the rear surface of the adhesive layer 2. The adhesive layer 2 is composed so as to be cured by ultraviolet rays, and has viscoelastic properties of (a) and (b) in a state before ultraviolet curing, and viscoelastic properties of (c) and (d) in a state after ultraviolet curing. (a) The storage modulus G' (1 Hz) at a measuring temperature of 20°C and a frequency of 1 Hz is 5×10<SP POS="POST">3</SP>to 5×10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>Pa. (b) The storage modulus G' (10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>Hz) at a reference temperature of 20°C and a frequency of 10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>Hz is 5×10<SP POS="POST">1</SP>to 5×10<SP POS="POST">3</SP>Pa. (c) The storage modulus G' (1 Hz) at a measuring temperature of 20°C and a frequency of 1 Hz is 1×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>to 1×10<SP POS="POST">6</SP>Pa. (d) The storage modulus G' (10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>Hz) at a reference temperature of 20°C and a frequency of 10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>Hz is ≥1×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>Pa.
