<p>Disclosed in the present invention is bis-[6-oxo-(2-m-carboxylbenzene sulfonyl-succinic acid 1,4-monoester-4)]-ß-cyclodextrin, the preparation process thereof and its use in high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) as a chiral selector, that is, it is used to prepare a chiral electrophoresis column and a mobile phase chiral additive for the resolution of chiral substances. The molecular formula of bis-[6-oxo-(2-m-carboxylbenzene sulfonyl-succinic acid 1,4-monoester-4)]-ß-cyclodextrin is determined to be C64H84O49S2. ß-CD-B2 can be used as an HPCE mobile phase chiral additive for separating chiral substances phenyl glycinol, anisodamine, isoproterenol, and propafenone, and can achieve the baseline separation thereof; the chiral HPCE column prepared with ß-CD-B2 can be used for separating chiral substances, such as chlorpheniramine, bupivacaine, procaine, atenolol, anisodamine, propafenone, lobeline, etc., and can achieve the baseline separation thereof, and on this basis a new process for the HPCE quantitative determination of a single enantiomer from various chiral substances can be established.</p> |
