<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation section capable of seamless operation without decreasing operability of reverse operation from proximal end or distal end in a focus device switchable between automatic mode and manual mode. <P>SOLUTION: A lens unit comprises: a focus group; focus drive means; focus position detecting means; a rotation operating portion for operating the focus group in manual mode; a projection that rotates being interlocked with the operation section; operation section rotation detecting means; drive control means that controls the drive means based on an operation amount of the operation section; a rotatable proximal (distal) side pin located at proximal (distal) side of the projection; proximal (distal) side lock means; and lock control means that controls both lock means based on a position of the focus group and a rotation direction of the operation section. The projection is positioned between the proximal pin and the distal side restriction pin. The proximal pin and the distal side pin are flexibly interlocked with each other. When the focus group reaches the proximal (distal) end while the operation section is operated toward the proximal (distal) side, the lock control means locks proximal (distal) side lock means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
