SOIL EXCAVATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil excavation method and a device for it capable of easily boring a small-diameter hole in the ground without damaging a buried object. SOLUTION: A rotary cylinder 21 having a nozzle 30 is arranged in the lower end of an excavation pipe 18, while turning the nozzle by means of a rotation driving means 26 built in the excavation pipe 18, pressure liquid such as high-pressure water is jetted from the nozzle 30. Soil receiving the jetted high-pressure water is turned into mud liquid and sucked from the inside of the excavation pipe 18. Since excavation is carried out while jetting the high- pressure water while turning the nozzle 30, a small-diameter hole can be uniformly drilled with a small amount of water. In addition, the buried object is not damaged.
