<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ladder from coming into contact with an eaves gutter when the ladder is set up against a roof and to achieve stability by bearing an ascending person's load on a roof surface so as to prevent side slip. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary fitting 3 is fixed to poles on both surfaces of an existing ladder 1 in parallel with an upper rung of the ladder 1 by means of U-bolts 4 and thumbscrews 5, and legs 10, on which non-skid rubbers are stuck, on both the surfaces of the auxiliary fitting for the ladder are installed on a roof surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
