The device (1) has an inner shaft (2) rotationally, positively and telescopically receiving an outer sleeve (3). A gap region is provided between surfaces of a shaft torque transmission section (4) and a torque transmission sleeve portion (7), and includes soft elastic material layer. A lubricating layer is arranged between the material layer and a mating component as a support for the material layer. The material layer is connected with a component inside the inner shaft or the outer sleeve. The lubricating layer is designed as thermoplastic overmolding of the material layer. The soft elastic material layer comprises a material with elastic hysteresis.
