摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell electrode is provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell by plating a solar cell electrode with LIP(Light Induced Plating). CONSTITUTION: A specimen with a solar cell electrode coated with conductive paste is prepared(S10). A solar cell electrode is preprocessed(S20). An LIP plating layer made of Ag is formed on the preprocessed solar cell electrode(S70). The LIP plating solutions include AgNo3 of 1 to 2 weight%, NH4OH of 0.0004 to 0.0008 weight%, C4H4O6Na2 of 30 to 40 weight%, EDTA2-NA of 0.05 to 0.2 weight%, and distiller as remaining solvent. |
