<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch-like lithium secondary cell simplifying a pack process without using another pack housing by a packing process using a tubing member and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The pouch-like lithium secondary cell is provided with a pouch bare cell 200 equipped with an electrode assembly 210 and a pouch outer package material 220 storing the electrode assembly 210, and a tubing member 400 consisting of a shape surrounding the pouch bare cell 200.
