3 dimensional stereography image displayable system

PURPOSE: A 3D image display system is provided to minimize the wavelength dispersion property by the rotation of a patterned retarder of 3D glasses. CONSTITUTION: A first polarizing plate(125) has a first transmitting axis. A second polarizing plate(130) has a second transmitting axis. A λ/4 patterned retarder(140) is attached to the outer side surface of the second polarizing plate. The λ/4 patterned retarder comprises λ/4 phase difference patterns(141a,141b). A polarizing film(150) of an image watching glasses(145) for 3D display selectively transmits or blocks the light from the λ/4 patterned retarder.
