PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent system which enables lowering of noise of a rack-mounted server system, without having reconconstitute an existing rack cabinet. SOLUTION: An air intake duct 1 and an exhaust air duct 2, which are to be subjected to exhaustion of air and noise from servers 11, are made into separate units so that they can be mounted independently on the rack cabinet. Due to this structure, increase/decrease in the number of servers to be mounted on the rack cabinet and the change in the size can be coped, with only by removing the exhaustion air duct 2.
