PURPOSE: A method for isolating and culturing spermatogonial stem cells is provided to stably maintain methylation and to ensure accurate embryo development after implantation. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating spermatogonial stem cells from pig testis comprises a step of isolating the spermatogonial stem cells and selecting by laminin matrix selection. The testis is 5 days to 3 weeks old. The spermatogonial stem cells are cultured in a medium containing bFGF. The culture medium also contains GDNF without LIF.
