FIELD: agriculture, microbiological and hydrolysis industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: this invention covers manufacturing methods of feeding yeast from hydrolyzates produced from processing of livestock breeding complex wastes. Preliminary fine-cut livestock manure with sawdust supplement or manure bedding with high contents of straw is used as a raw material. Raw material undergoes hydrolysis by sulphuric acid with further heat treatment. Then hydrolyzate is inversed, neutralized and purified. Fine-cut sea-buckthorn sprat is added to the purified and neutralized hydrolyzate received, and then the latter is aerated. Liquid phase is separated from the solid phase. Nutrient salts and yeast are added to the liquid phase; then yeast is raised; the liquid phase is floated, separated and dried.
