METHOD FOR ISSUING EVOLVED MULTIMEDIA BROADCAST MULTICAST SERVICE(EMBMS) AND EMBMS SYSTEM

A method for issuing evolved multimedia broadcast multicast service(eMBMS) is provided in the invention, which includes the following steps: the different multicast broadcast radio network temporary identifier(RNTI) is allocated to the different eMBMS service; the eMBMS service is scrambled by using the allocated RNTI; and the scrambled eMBMS service is issued. An eMBMS system is also provided in the invention, which includes: a broadcast multicast service center (BM-SC) for providing the eMBMS service; a multi-cell/multicast coordination entity(MCE) for allocating the different RNTI to the different eMBMS; and an evolved node B(eNB) for scrambling the eMBMS service using the allocated RNTI, and issuing the scrambled eMBMS service. The invention saves the processing capacity of the user terminal processor, realizes the sharing of the physical layer wireless resources, and increasing the battery life ability.
