A plurality of cells (100) are housed in a case (20), the cells (100) respectively have releasing sections (8a), from which a gas generated in the cells is released to the outside of the cells, and the case (20) is partitioned into a housing section (50) having the cells (100) housed therein, and an air-releasing path (60) which releases the gas released from the releasing sections (8a) of the cells (100) to the outside of the case (20). Each of the releasing sections (8a) of the cells (100) is communicated with the air-releasing path (60) via a hermetically-closed connecting path (40), and in the connecting path (40) or at one end thereof, a one-way open valve (70) is disposed, said one-way open valve opening only in the direction to the air-releasing path (60) from the releasing section (8a) of each of the cells (100).
