摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional power storage device in which: a battery pack cannot be assembled unless the necessary number of electric cells having the same self-discharge amount are prepared, when the battery pack is to be constituted using electric cells having the same self-discharge amount. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a power storage device includes: a first step of measuring a self-discharge amount of each storage element (11) after a predetermined time; a second step of classifying the plurality of storage elements into a plurality of classes according to the self-discharge amounts obtained in the first step; a third step of constituting a power storage block (12) to which a voltage adjusting circuit (22) for adjusting voltage is connected by electrically connecting the storage elements classified into respective classes in series; and a fourth step of electrically connecting the plurality of power storage blocks, configured by the storage elements classified into the different classes, in series. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
