<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and device capable of performing measurement with the same accuracy as that of measurement using one telecentric sensor, in dimension measurement using two telecentric sensors. <P>SOLUTION: By using the telecentric sensors 100a, 100b for making light receivers 3a, 3b form images of light 6a, 6b with which a measurement object 7 is irradiated by using telecentric lenses 4a, 4b, the dimension of the measurement object 7 is measured on the basis of the change of the luminance values of the light received in the light receivers 3a, 3b and a distance L between the light receivers 3a, 3b. Among pixels of photodetectors of the light receivers 3a, 3b, reference pixels for determining the distance L are defined as specified pixels 10a, 10b. By using two laser beams 20a, 20b set in parallel at an interval L, the inclination of the telecentric sensors 100a, 100b, the distance from an installation surface, and the distance between the telecentric sensors 100a, 100b are adjusted, and the arrangement of the telecentric sensors 100a, 100b is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
