<p>PURPOSE: A charging device for a vehicle and a vehicle are provided to prevent malfunction due to a PLC signal by detecting a PD(Proximity Detection) and CPLT(Control Pilot) signal without the influence of an arbitrary PLC signal. CONSTITUTION: An AC power of a charging device(11) is provided to a vehicle(12). The charging device includes a relay(14), a control pilot signal generation circuit(15) functioning as a device side control pilot signal generation circuit, and a CPLT(Control Pilot) signal detection circuit(16) functioning as a device side control pilot signal detection circuit. The charging device includes a low pass filter(17) functioning as a device side low pass filter, a power line communications modem(18) functioning as a device-electricity communications modem, and a bandpass filter(19). The relay is used in order to supply AC power from a AC power source(13) to a vehicle through power lines(23,24). A charging cable(20) comprises the power lines, a signal line(25), and a ground line(26).</p> |
