PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key holder which is very easily attached and detached to/from a wrist or a finger without sliding down allowing a key to be kept at hand without being dropped even when it is not held in a hand so as to perform locking/unlocking work at ease.

SOLUTION: The key holder is easily attached and detached to/from a wrist or a finger without sliding down. As one example, a metal fitting 2 for the key holder is made attachable to a rubber ring 1 wrapped with a cloth or the like such as a scrunchy often used to tie or decorate hair.
