<p>To obtain a method for producing a photoelectric conversion device whereby it is possible to produce a photoelectric conversion device exerting excellent photoelectric conversion performance without causing the number of steps during the production thereof to increase. In the silicon processing step using lasers such as a Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG) laser during the silicon solar cell production process, a treatment solution (6) having the property to inactivate the defects of a power generating layer (3) for performing photoelectric conversion is supplied, by using a treatment solution discharge nozzle (7), to a section to be processed by means of a laser on the power generating layer (3), thereby eliminating the residue generated during the processing step using a laser.</p> |
