PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out an antioncogene having relations to an antioncogene TSLC1 in its structure and functions, and further to provide a new means for preventing and treating cancers. SOLUTION: The antioncogene (TSLL1 gene) having a homology to an antioncogene TSLC1 but existing on the first chromosome differently from TSLC1 was newly found out, and the base sequence encoding the amino acid sequence was determined. A protein, a vector, a transformant and an antibody related to the gene are provided, and thereby, the purposes are achieved. |
