PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an uplink synchronization request to a downlink sharing control signal channel so as to be able to obtain the efficiency of using excellent radio resources. SOLUTION: This base station device comprises a resynchronization factor detecting part for detecting an uplink synchronization factor of a mobile station device, a scheduling part for generating information representing an uplink synchronization request for the mobile station device whose uplink resynchronization factor is detected by the resynchronization factor detecting part, and a transmitting part for making information representing the uplink synchronization request generated by the scheduling part a signal into a signal by a method inherent to the information, arranging the signal in an area on a radio frame on which a parameter to be used for synchronous communication with the mobile station device and transmitting the signal.
