PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device, a driving support method, and a program that enable to display an image, which prevents both a driver and a fellow passenger from feeling a sense of incongruity, on a display device provided in a front pillar. SOLUTION: In the driving support device, when a head position 51D of a driver 51 is in a first region (S11-S21:YES), an image of each blind spot region A1, A2, generated by a pillar P, of the driver 51 and an occupant 52 on a front passenger seat G is displayed on a multi-view display 4 mounted inside the pillar P as a video image viewed from each direction of the driver and the occupant (S22). When the head position 51D of the driver 51 is in a second region (S21:NO), image data of a projection part CP1 partitioned by the blind spot region A1 of the driver 51 are displayed as video-image data for the driver's seat F side and video-image data for the front passenger seat G side of the multi-view display 4 (S23).
