<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and useful piston for a large engine. <P>SOLUTION: The piston 10 for a large engine includes: upper and lower piston parts 1 and 3 connected with each other by a fastening member; and a lubrication device 5 lubricating a travel surface of a cylinder in which the piston 10 can move back and forth. The lubrication device 5 is disposed inside the fastening member 4. The fastening member 4 includes a lubricant storage space 6.
