<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor with which an inquiry from a user of electric power can be promptly responded and which can contribute to society service activities. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 10 connects to an electric power system information distribution device 20 and an in-house terminal 40 via an intranet 58, and connects to a general terminal 60 and a disaster countermeasures information distribution device 70 via Internet 59. An electric power company controls the information processor 10, the electric power system information distribution device 20 and the in-house terminal 40. The information processor 10 receives system information and status information from the electric power system information distribution device 20, and receives disaster countermeasures information from the disaster countermeasures information distribution device 70. The information processor 10 transmits a layer image upon request from the in-house terminal 40.
