MOBILE ELECTRODE TYPE ELECTROSTATIC DUST COLLECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic dust collector in which the whole thereof is downsized and the collection rate of dust in an exhaust gas is enhanced.

SOLUTION: The electrostatic dust collector 10 includes: a plurality of dust collecting electrode plates 30 which are suspended to an endless chain and move around in a gas flow path in a casing; and the brushes for removing dust collected by the electrode plates 30. The collector is composed to collect dust in an exhaust gas on the electrode plates 30 by corona discharge among a plurality of discharge electrodes 40 provided between the electrode plates. The distance b between adjacent electrode plates 30 is set to be 220 to 380 mm.
