<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film-forming coating liquid that forms a substrate with a transparent film having high electrical conductivity even with a small amount of fine particles of an electrically conductive inorganic oxide blended, high transparency, suppressed coloration and interference fringes, and also excellent economical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent film-forming coating liquid, the fine particle of the electrically conductive inorganic oxide, which is surface treated with an organosilicon compound represented by the following formula (1) R<SB POS="POST">n</SB>-SiX<SB POS="POST">4-n</SB>, is non-aggregable and highly dispersed and has concentration of 0.01-6 mass% as a solid content. The transparent film-forming coating liquid includes ketones as a dispersion medium and has concentration of 1-60 mass% of the total solid content and concentration of 0.1-59.4 mass% as a solid content of a matrix-forming component. In formula, Rs are each a 1-10C unsubstituted or substituted hydrocarbon group and may be the same or different from each other; X is a 1-4C alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, halogen, or hydrogen; and n is an integer of 0-3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
