<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film which uses a lactic polymer as one of main raw materials, has stability in film formation, causes no blocking during storage and is excellent in adhesion to containers and suitable as a small-rolled wrapping film. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging film is a multilayer film comprising at least three layers. Both surface layers are based on an olefinic polymer (A). At least one of intermediate layers is based on a lactic polymer (B) and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (C) with a content of vinyl acetate of ≥85 mass%.
