<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detection device that can include a plurality of X-ray detection means of a simple configuration about an X-ray detection device. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray detection device has: at least two X-ray detection means 11, 12 for detecting X-rays generating from a sample 2; coupling means for coupling one ends of the X-ray detection means 11, 12 in a freely rotatable way; a cylinder 10 including the X-ray detection means 11, 12 and the coupling means inside; a movement mechanism 15 connected to the coupling means to move the X-ray detection means 11, 12 in a linear direction; energization force applying means 18 for applying energization force so as to open the plurality of X-ray detection means 11, 12 sectorally when the movement mechanism 15 moves the X-ray detection means 11, 12 in a first direction; and fetching means for folding up the plurality of X-ray detection means to fetch them into the cylinder 10 when moving the movement mechanism 15 in a second direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
