PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-enclosed vibration isolator of a new structure reducing manufacturing processes and number of components of a relief mechanism of a pressure receive chamber, reducing cost, and effectively showing orifice effect. SOLUTION: A pressure receiving chamber side cylindrical protrusion 86 is projectingly provided on one surface of a movable rubber film 80 around a relief hole 84 provided through the movable rubber film 80. A pressure receiving chamber side abutment member 38 is provided at one surface side of the movable rubber film 80 at a position where the relief hole 84 is formed. A balance chamber side abutment member 36 is provided at another surface side. A tip surface of the pressure receiving chamber side cylindrical protrusion 86 is abutted on the pressure receiving chamber side abutment member 38 and an inside of the pressure receiving chamber side cylindrical protrusion 86 is communicated to a pressure receiving chamber 74 by providing a communication hole 60 on the pressure receiving chamber side abutment member 38. Another opening circumference edge of the relief hole 84 is abutted on the balance chamber side abutment member 36 and the relief hole 84 is liquid-tightly blocked by the balance chamber side abutment member 36.
