The invention relates to the methods of mass exchange in the conduits and can be used in food and microbiological industry. A method of intensification of mass exchange in the conduits includes interaction of a shell of conduit with gas or liquid or gas-liquid flow, or flow with solid inclusions. In accordance with the invention, mass-exchange sections of conduit are made with the radii of curvature of different sign, and the axis of conduit has points of inflection, at which sign change in the radii of curvature occurs. Implementation of the invention provides for increase of the pressure of variable values that ensures intensification of mass exchange. |
