PURPOSE: Aluminum alloy for reinforcing Co-Ni complete solid solution and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form stable reinforced particles preventing coarseness or phase decomposition in reaction to aluminum as matrix metal at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aluminum alloy for reinforcing Co-Ni complete comprises next steps. First aluminum alloy containing a first amount of Co-Ni complete solid solution is provided. The first aluminum alloy is put in the aluminum molten-metal. The aluminum molten-metal is case to manufacture second aluminum alloy. The second aluminum alloy has a second amount of Co-Ni complete solid solution, which is less than the first amount. The step of providing the first aluminum alloy comprises next steps. Co and Ni are put in the first aluminum molten-metal. The first aluminum molten-metal are cast.
