PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hydroxyapatite nano-tubes is provided to simplify manufacturing processes based on a calcium phosphate-based coating process and a thermal treating process with respect to the surface of a polymer nanofiber film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing hydroxyapatite nano-tubes includes the following: a nanofiber film is treated with an alkali solution such that the surface of the nanofiber film is activated; the nanofiber film with the activated surface is alternately immersed in a calcium ion solution and a phosphate ion solution to form calcium phosphate nucleus on the surface of the nanofiber film; The nanofiber film with the nucleus is immersed in the mixed solution of calcium ions and phosphate ions to grow the nucleus; and the nanofiber film with the grown nucleus is thermally treated to eliminate the nanofiber film. The nanofiber film is obtained by electro-spinning an organic solvent containing polyester-based polymer.
