PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit apparatus having a reservoir capacitor is provided to secure the capacitance of a capacitor without electrical problem by installing a protrusion in capacitor active area overlapped with a gate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of capacitor active regions(110) are arranged on the semiconductor substrate by a certain interval. A plurality of gates(120) are arranged in order to be overlapped with a plurality of capacitor active regions. A first contact(130) is connected the ground and supplied a ground voltage to the capacitor active region A second contact(135) is electrically connected to a drive power and supplies a drive voltage to the gate. A PID diode(140) are connected between the gate and the active region respectively.
