PURPOSE: A handle for a panel is provided to improve workability and exterior beauty by not exposing a head unit of a screw to outside. CONSTITUTION: A handle for a panel comprises a handle(10) which has a mounting hole, a fitting portion(20) which is installed inside of the mounting hole and has a flow groove on inner circumference, and an elastic ring(30) which is inserted into the flow groove and has a radial cut-out part. The flow groove secures flowing distance from the elastic ring to transfer by contraction of the elastic ring. The elastic ring is transferred within the flow groove when a head unit of the head embedded type screw which is installed at panel is assembled with the fitting portion.
