<p>PURPOSE: A hinge assembly is provided to reduce forging process of a fixed bracket by forming a fitting protrusion which controls the rotation of a rotating bracket about a fixed bracket in one body with a fixed cam. CONSTITUTION: A fixed bracket is fixed to a body, a shaft through-hole(12a) and a protrusion inserting holes(12b) arranged outside the shaft through-hole. A rotating bracket(20) rotates with a rotating case. A hinge shaft(30) rotates with the rotating bracket, which is connected to the fixed bracket through the shaft through-hole. A fixed cam(40) is inserted into the hinge shaft, wherein the fixed cam has a fitting protrusions(42a,42b) inserted to the protrusion inserting holes and a curved cam surface in one side.</p> |
