PURPOSE: A hummingbird type robot mechanism for pause aviation implementation and a method thereof are provided to implement pause aviation or free aviation through aviation mechanism of first degree of freedom. CONSTITUTION: A hummingbird type robot mechanism for pause aviation implementation comprises a frame part(200), an actuator, a power transmission, a wing operation part, and a wing(500). The actuator holder is installed in one side of the frame part. The actuator is installed in the actuator holder of the frame part. The power transmission is installed in the frame part and converts the rotational motion, generated by an actuator, into reciprocating motion. The vane operation part is combined in the power transmission and converts the reciprocating motion of the power transmission into fluttering motion.
