<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a brushless motor which can prevent malfunction in motor drive signal generation even when a rotor tremors while the motor is stopped and noise and the like are generated. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor signal processing circuit 14 has two of three-phase magnetic pole position detection signals HU, HV, and HW of a brushless motor 20 detected by Hall ICs 24U, 24V, and 24W as input signals. When the two input signals repeat an H and L respectively, a first output signal sigA outputs a signal which repeats the H and L in response to the repetition of the H and L, and a second output signal sigB outputs a certain level of the H or L.
