<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furniture system as a space for use of fixed furniture and movable furniture, which has improved usability and appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The furniture system includes a power source device 10 for feeding power from a power feeding unit 30 provided at a table 1 and a power receiving unit 40 provided at a cart 2 in a non-contact manner at a power feeding position at which the cart 2 is combined with a predetermined position of the table 1. The power feeding unit 30 is disposed with a power feeding side coil 31 on an upper surface 11a of a fixed side top plate 11, and a power receiving unit 40 is disposed with a power receiving side coil on the lower surface 20b of a moving side top plate 20, in such a manner that the power receiving side coil is spatially opposed to the power feeding side coil 31 when the moving side top plate 20 is superposed on the predetermined position of the fixed side top plate 11. The power feeding side coil 31 and the power receiving side coil are put closer to each other, electric current is generated in the power receiving side coil owing to electromagnetic induction caused by electric current of the power feeding side coil 31, and thus non-contact power feeding is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
