The invention relates to a radome for a radar sensor in a motor vehicle. The radome comprises a first region which is transparent to at least a certain type of electromagnetic waves, in particular radar waves, and a second region which comprises a shield, so that the second region is opaque to the specific type of electromagnetic waves. The invention likewise relates to a radar sensor and to a use thereof.
