<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck brace which can be produced at a low cost without complicating a structure, can be used repeatedly, can provide excellent feeling, and can secure enough safety preventing the damage of a wearer's collarbone, cervical vertebra, and thoracic vertebrae upper part periphery. <P>SOLUTION: The neck brace 1, which is arranged to a neck of a helmeted wearer freely detachably, includes an annulus 2 that is made of an elastically deformable material and encloses the neck, and a pad 3 that is suspended from the mounting person's back side B in the annulus 2.
