PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended operation from being accepted when continuous operation is performed using a touch panel.

SOLUTION: Even when key groups 103 to 107 are operated, operation thereof is not accepted while rotating operation by a rotary part 108 is being accepted.
