A bag for centrifugal separation, which is for centrifugally separating target cells from an objective tissue derived from an organism, comprises: a separation bag made of synthetic resin to form a centrifugal separation space; at least one injection port arranged at the top of the centrifugal separation space to inject into the centrifugal separation space at least one of the objective tissue and a reaction substance which reacts with the objective tissue; a discharge port arranged at the bottom of the centrifugal separation space to discharge the target cells from the centrifugal separation space after centrifugal separation; and a partition member arranged within the centrifugal separation space to partition the centrifugal separation space and enable the target cells to selectively pass through the partition member.
